Born and raised in Charlotte, N.C., Sarah Schwarz is a full-time agent who provides her clients with superior service and market expertise.
Schwarz spent her childhood in Charlotte before relocating to Hilton Head Island, S.C. to attend one of the top tennis academies in the country.
She spent many of her weekends as a young woman traveling all over the nation, competing in high-pressure tennis tournaments.
Schwarz went on to play competitive tennis at the College of Charleston, where she graduated with a degree in corporate communications and a minor in Spanish.
After graduating, Schwarz moved to New York where she worked in the fashion industry as well as the luxury hospitality industry.
The lure of the south and all of its charm drew her back home to Charlotte in 2012.
She immediately began her career in the real estate industry, working in apartment management, before ultimately getting her license.
She currently lives in the Dilworth neighborhood but she has in-depth knowledge of many of Charlotte's most sought after communities
